Here, you can download estimates of the ideologies of European publics created in Caughey, O’Grady and Warshaw (2019). The dataset contains the data from Figures 3 and 4 of the paper: estimates by country, biennium and ideological domain (absolute economic, relative economic, social and immigration).

We have also created a User Guide to aid in interpreting our estimates. It also contains extensive advice on what to consider if you are interested in extending our estimates (e.g., to different ideological domains or for different demographic subgroups).
Details of all of the surveys and survey questions that we used are contained in the paper’s Supplementary Information.
